Bregvorn's legal documents are maintained in English. Links from other site languages point to this version.
In short: Use Bregvorn honestly, don't harm others, and follow the platforms' rules. Service interruptions may occur during the pre-alpha — we apologize in advance.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Bregvorn (the "service"), you are deemed to accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, you can stop using the service.
Bregvorn is a Türkiye-based pre-alpha project. The service is provided "as is".
2. Service Description
Bregvorn is a browser-based control panel for streamers. It integrates with Twitch and other streaming platforms to offer features such as chat management, moderation, giveaways, polls and event alerts.
We're in the pre-alpha stage. Features may change, outages may occur and some functions may still be missing. Using it as a critical tool during a live stream is at your own risk.
3. Account and Access
You sign in to the service with your Twitch account via OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your account. Sharing your account with others is prohibited.
If your Twitch account is suspended or deleted, your access to your Bregvorn account is automatically restricted.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse the service's trial or free features is prohibited.
4. Usage Rules
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using Bregvorn to harm, harass or defraud others
- Performing actions that violate the terms of service of the platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick)
- Abusing the service with automated tools, bots or scripts
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Bregvorn systems
- Copying, modifying or distributing the service's source code without permission
- Behavior that disrupts other users' experience
Accounts that violate these rules may be closed without warning.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your content
Content you create through the panel (poll questions, quick messages, soundboard sounds, etc.) belongs to you. Bregvorn accesses this content only to the extent needed to provide the service.
Bregvorn's intellectual property
The Bregvorn logo, design, source code and all original content belong to Bregvorn. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Third-party content
Twitch chat messages and event data are the content of the respective platforms; Bregvorn merely displays them on screen.
6. Paid Plans
All features are currently free as part of the pre-alpha. When paid plans launch in the future:
- Prices will be announced at least 30 days in advance
- Existing users will be given a transition period
- Core features will always remain free
- Cancellation will always be possible; access continues until the end of the period
7. Limitation of Liability
The Bregvorn service is provided "as is" and "as available". No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given during the pre-alpha.
Bregvorn cannot be held liable for the following arising from use of the service:
- Stream events missed due to a service interruption
- Data loss or corruption
- Restrictions imposed by Twitch or other platforms themselves
- Situations caused by the user's incorrect moderation settings
Our liability is in any case limited to the total amount you paid in the last 12 months. For free users, this limit is zero.
8. Account Termination
By you
You can request deletion of your account at any time via Discord or email. To have your data deleted, follow the process in the Privacy Policy.
By us
Accounts that severely or repeatedly violate the usage rules may be closed without warning. For less serious violations, a warning is sent first.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes are announced on Discord. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.
